Yesterday, March 30th, in Department 11 of the El Cajon Superior Court in San Diego, Judge Peter Deddeh sentenced Melvin Pearles, 48, to four years in state prison while driving head-on into another vehicle while speeding on State Route 67 in Ramona, causing an horrific fatal crash. 25-year-old Alexandia Drake was killed in the crash, while her 4-month old son miraculously survived.
